Matiere Noire is Thomas Chany's blanc de noirs — Grenache vinified as a white wine despite being a red grape. Direct-pressed with no skin contact and fermented with native yeasts on chalky soil. The limestone's signature minerality gives the wine a distinctive character.

Karaktär
