Les Tremieres is Thomas Chany's white signature wine — Terret Gris and Muscat Petit Grain from chalky soils in Puisserguier. Made with skin contact and native yeasts without additives. The chalky mineral character of the limestone soils is the signature of all Thomas's wines and shows clearly here.
