Blanc de noir from Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre — a white wine from red grapes, fermented and aged in barrels for one year on lees. Highly floral, elegant and fresh. One of Languedoc's more unusual white styles.

Pale gold with a hint of rose. Floral and elegant on the nose with notes of white peach, rosewater and a light spicy touch. Fresh and rounded on the palate with fine acidity and a long, floral finish. Subtle complexity from the barrel ageing.
