Chloé Barthet and Frédéric Almazor left careers in controlling and finance in Paris to train in viticulture and oenology. In 2016 they settled on 5 hectares at the heights of Faugères — two small schist hills that gave the estate its Occitan name. No synthetic products, no additives.
