Mangourass is Thomas Chany's red flagship — 100% Carignan from old vines on chalky limestone soil in Puisserguier. The limestone's signature minerality is immediately recognisable: crisp, chalky and fresh with the direct fruit that old Carignan vines deliver. Around 1,500 bottles total per year.
