A fresh, slender Gamay from Henri Chauvet in Auvergne, made from purchased, organically farmed grapes from the Coteaux du Lyonnais. Whole clusters, ageing in stoneware jars and only a micro-dose of sulphur. Crunchy red fruit and easy to drink.
