Jean Foillard's Morgon from several parcels around Villié-Morgon, old Gamay vines on granite and schist. Whole clusters, wild yeast and no additions during vinification. Foillard is one of the four growers who led Beaujolais back to natural farming and winemaking in the 1980s.
