Poulsard, the Jura's pale, ethereal red grape, from Domaine des Marnes Blanches. Whole clusters, low extraction and ageing in old barrels, with no added sulphur. Pale, airy and easy to drink.

Chardonnay En Quatre Vis2023

Chardonnay from En Quatre Vis, the Cesancey parcel where Marnes Blanches began. Massal-selection vines at 300 metres on the white marl that gave the estate its name. Direct-pressed into large barrels and aged for a long time before bottling.

Savagnin en Quatre Vis2024

Savagnin from old vines in En Quatre Vis, Marnes Blanches' first parcel in Cesancey. Made ouillé, with topped-up vessels, so the wine shows Savagnin's character without the oxidative style. Saline, nutty and complex.

Crémant du JuraNV

Traditional-method Chardonnay from the southern Jura with little or no dosage. The base wine ferments in old oak and the wine rests around two years on the lees. Dry, acid-driven and mineral.
