Pachorra is Pèira Levada's Grenache — 100% from 10 days of skin contact on marble terroir in Faugères' eastern parcels. More playful and rounded than Carignan Radical but with the same biodynamic precision and zero additives. "Pachorra" is Spanish for unhurried calm — a wine for relaxation.

Ripe cherry, fine spice and a hint of orange zest. Soft yet vertical with crisp fruit and light tannins. Saline, clean finish. More playful and elegant than Carignan Radical — Faugères Grenache without the typical southern French heaviness.
